Oneness Meditation is a profound state of consciousness that can arise when you surrender fully. Beyond mind, beyond ego. It’s not about belief, it’s about expereincing what’s beneath it all.
Oneness Meditation is a guided, sacred encounter with a much deeper level of reality. A space beyond separation. Beyond self and other. Beyond doing. Just pure awareness. It's been described as '15 years of psychotherapy in 15 minutes' and a 'direct experience of non-duality.'
People in our Oneness Tribe describe it in different ways, including:

• A sense of merging with all that is, a return to Source
• A radiant white-out of consciousness, infinite, intelligent and alive
• A deep sense of peace, awe and belonging
• A homecoming to your truest self, and beyond self
The self begins to let go. Fear can rise and pass. Time can soften. Thought can dissolve. And what’s left is everything else. People reach for names like God, Source, the Quantum, the Unity Field, the All-That-Is, but words can’t touch the heart of it. You meet it directly. And for some precious moments, you remember more of your true nature.
People often walk away changed, in ways that are deep, real and lasting. Past meditators have shared:
• My mind is more still. Really quiet and humble.

It can be a real shift, one that stays with you and continues to unfold over time.
You don’t need to be “spiritual.” You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be willing to meet yourself more deeply than ever before. A regular mindfulness practice is really important. Meditation, yoga or anything that gives your thinking mind a rest will support deeper surrender.
If you’re new, start simple. Apps like Insight Timer or Headspace are a good start. Some people also arrive with experience in altered states, like breathwork, psychedelics or even childbirth. That can be supportive, but it’s not required. This is about readiness and relationship with yourself, not your resume.
This experience is powerful and timing matters. If you’re currently on antidepressant medication, this may not be the right time to begin. (Some exceptions apply, feel free to reach out and ask.) The same goes if you’re pregnant, in deep crisis, or living with a serious heart condition or epilepsy. If you’re experiencing schizophrenia, psychosis, dissociative disorders, or unstable mental health, we suggest waiting until you’re in a more grounded place.
This work is sacred and strong. We honour the depth it carries, the wisdom it holds and the heart that receives it.
