Oneness Meditation is an expanded state of consciousness beyond your mind and beyond your ego. No particular belief is required. Just a willingness to meet what is already waiting beneath the surface.

What Is Oneness Meditation ?

Oneness Meditation is a guided, sacred encounter with a much deeper level of reality. A space beyond separation. It's been described as '15 years of psychotherapy in 15 minutes' and a 'direct experience of non-duality.'

For some, it feels like coming home. For others, it's like dissolving into something vast, intelligent and alive. Many reflect that it's the most intense and powerful experience of their lives.

What Does It Feel Like ?

People in our Oneness Tribe describe it in different ways, including :

• A powerful release of ego, fear, and control

• A sense of merging with all that is

• A radiant white-out of consciousness, infinite and eternal

• A deep sense of peace, awe and belonging

• A homecoming to your truest self, and something beyond self

Some experiences are luminous and expansive. Some are tender and emotional. Some are quiet and still. Each person meets what they're ready to meet.

What Happens ?

During Oneness Meditation, the thinking mind may begin to quiet. Your sense of control can soften. Fear may rise and pass. Time can feel different. Thoughts may dissolve. And what remains can feel impossible to describe.

People reach for names like God, Source or Spirit. But words can’t touch the heart of it. You meet it directly and then can remember more of your true nature.

What Changes After ?

People often walk away deeply changed. Past meditators have shared:

• My mind is more still. Really quiet and humble.

• I didn’t expect my heart to soften and open the way it did. I'm not trying to be more loving. Love is just here!

• There's this sense of being whole. Not perfect. Just whole and complete. And it’s been months!

• It's like my old triggers have lost their grip. The small stuff doesn't define me or hold me the way it used to.

• I feel clearer now. In my thoughts, but in my life too. Decisions, direction and relationships are all way more simple.

• As a leader, I’ve been running on performance. Now I know my real purpose. Why I really do what I do.

• It feels like something heavy has lifted from my heart. Like a weight I didn’t know I was carrying has dropped.

• I've stopped trying to fix myself. And started just being myself.

• Joy has started showing up everyday. For no reason at all!

Is This For You ?

You don’t need to be perfectly spiritual, highly experienced or endlessly disciplined. You do need to be willing though. Willing to meet yourself honestly and surrender control. Willing to be supported and to let the experience unfold in its own way.

A regular mindfulness practice is very helpful. Meditation, yoga, breathwork, prayer, body-based awareness or any practice that helps your thinking mind rest can support a deeper surrender.

Some people arrive with experience in altered states, including breathwork, deep meditation, psychedelics or even childbirth. This can be supportive, but it's not required. Readiness is less about experience and more about your relationship with yourself.

Who Is This Not For ?

This experience is powerful and timing matters. If you’re currently on antidepressant medication, this may not be the right time to begin. (Some exceptions apply, feel free to reach out and ask.) The same goes if you’re pregnant, in deep crisis, or living with a serious heart condition or epilepsy. If you’re experiencing schizophrenia, psychosis, dissociative disorders, or unstable mental health, we suggest waiting until you’re in a more grounded place.

This work is sacred and strong. We honour the depth it carries, the wisdom it holds and the heart that receives it.
