This is Oneness Meditation - a profound state of consciousness that arises when you fully surrender - all the way. Beyond mind, beyond ego. It’s not about belief. It’s about experiencing what lies beneath it all.

What is Oneness Meditation ?

Oneness Meditation is a guided, sacred encounter with a much deeper level of reality. A space beyond separation. Beyond self and other. Beyond doing. Just pure awareness.

It's been described as '15 years of psychotherapy in 15 minutes' and a 'direct experience of non-duality.' A place where your identity dissolves into everything. And nothing.

What happens in Oneness Meditation ?

The self begins to let go. And with it, fear rises and passes. Time falls away. Thought dissolves. What’s left isn’t nothing. It’s everything. People call it many names - God, Source, the Void, the Unity Field, the All-That-Is,


But words can’t touch it. You can't think it. You become it. And for some precious moments, you have the chance to remember. Your true nature. Your essence.

The thinking mind steps aside. Time dissolves. The self softens. Fear may arise - and pass. And what’s left is your true nature. Some call it God. Source. The Void. The Unity Field. For a few timeless moments, you remember who you truly are.

Is This For You ?

It helps to have a mindfulness practice. Something that lets the thinking mind take a back seat - maybe it's meditation, yoga, surfing or martial arts. Anything that makes space for stillness, so your true nature can take the wheel.

If you've no daily practice, start today. Simple apps like Insight Timer or Headspace are a good start. Some people come with experience in altered states - psychedelics, breathwork, or even birthing children! It can help, but it’s not required. This is about soul readiness, not resume.

Who Is This Not For ?

This experience is powerful and not for everyone. If you're currently on antidepressant medication, this may not be the right time to begin. (Some exceptions apply—feel free to reach out and ask.) The same goes if you’re pregnant, in deep crisis, or living with a serious heart condition or epilepsy. If you’re experiencing schizophrenia, psychosis, dissociative disorders, or unstable mental health, we suggest you wait until you’re in a more grounded place.

This work is sacred. And it’s strong. We honour the depth it carries, the wisdom it holds and the heart that receives it.
